Coming Home to the Body is a 10-module self-paced video program for anyone who has lived too long in their head. Module by module, you are gently guided to feel your body again — to notice sensation, to soften the armor, and to trust what your body is telling you.

The teaching is on-demand video you can move through at your own pace, alongside short daily practices (5–20 minutes). You receive new modules weekly so the work has time to land.

A monthly live group session on Zoom (Google Meet on request) gives you a chance to be guided directly, ask questions, and share with others on the same path.
