In short
Refunds are available before the program begins. Once your program has officially started, no refunds will be issued — partial or full.
Before the program starts
If you change your mind before the first live session or before the first recorded module is released to you, write to us and we will refund 100% of your payment, minus any non-recoverable PayPal transaction fees.
After the program has started
Once the program has begun — meaning the first live session has taken place, or you have been granted access to the recorded materials — payments are non-refundable. This includes situations where you are unable to attend live sessions or complete the program.
Where possible, we may offer to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort of the same program, at our discretion.
Exceptional circumstances
In cases of serious medical emergency or bereavement, please reach out. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and try to find a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling to a later cohort.
How to request a refund
Email our team with your full name, the program you enrolled in, and the date of payment. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
