Inner Ground is a 6-week guided online program that integrates somatic practice, breathwork and reflective inquiry to help you return to your inner ground — the steady, knowing place beneath the noise.
Each week we gather live on Zoom (Google Meet available) for a 75-minute session: teaching, guided practice and held sharing. All sessions are recorded so you can catch up anytime.
Between sessions you receive short daily practices, an integration workbook, and access to a private group for questions and reflections. The container is paced for your nervous system — slow enough to land, alive enough to move.
