Nervous System Reset is a 6-week live online program designed for anyone who feels stuck in overwhelm, anxiety, or chronic stress. Together, we slow down and teach your body what safety actually feels like — so calm becomes your baseline, not a rare visitor.
Every week we meet live on Zoom (a Google Meet link is shared for those who prefer it) for a 75-minute guided session: short teaching, somatic and breath practice, and group reflection. A replay is shared so you never miss a week.
Between sessions you receive short daily practices (5–15 minutes), a private community space for questions, and weekly check-ins from your facilitator. By the end of six weeks you will have a personal toolkit you can return to for life.
