Payments and Pricing

All payments for our programs, services, and offerings must be made in full or as per the agreed payment plan at the time of purchase, and by making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all billing details provided are accurate, and we reserve the right to modify pricing, introduce new charges, or update payment structures at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect purchases already completed, and failure to complete payments in installment plans may result in suspension or termination of access to services until all dues are cleared.

Refund Policy

At The Abhikesh Institute, we maintain a strict no refund policy for all programs, services, and offerings, as our wellness coaching and personal growth programs involve the immediate allocation of time, intellectual resources, structured frameworks, and access to proprietary content upon enrollment; therefore, once a payment has been successfully completed, it shall be considered final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to change of mind, personal reasons, lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or unmet expectations, and by proceeding with any purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no refund policy in full, and you accept complete responsibility for your decision before making payment, with no exceptions being entertained thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

You may choose to cancel your participation in any program or service at any time; however, such cancellation shall only result in the termination of future access and shall not entitle you to any refund, compensation, or financial adjustment of any kind, and if you are enrolled in a subscription or installment-based plan, cancellation will not waive any pending or future payment obligations already agreed upon at the time of purchase, and The Abhikesh Institute reserves the right to cancel or suspend your access to services at its sole discretion in case of violation of these Terms, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of services, without any obligation to provide a refund.

Intellectual Property Rights
